Why am I not able to view the Picture of the Day even though pictures were selected and posted using the Announcement feature?

When posting a picture, the announcement type chosen should be "Picture of the day". If you select 'General', the picture will not be visible as a Picture of the Day.

Why can’t the school admin or principal view the announcements posted by the teachers in the “Homework” tab?

When creating a homework announcement, teachers should choose "Homework" as the announcement type. The announcement will then appear in the "Homework" tab. If you do not choose the correct announcement type, the announcement type will, by default, be "General" and when the announcement is created, it will appear in the "All" tab.

The 'Picture of the Day' has to be posted by going to Announcement. Then create an announcement and choose the type as 'Picture of the day'. Probably you are posting it as a general announcement.
