What do I do if I am unable to register on the app or have not received the OTP on my mobile?
There can be multiple reasons why the OTP does not work – you may have a network or service provider issue. Kindly wait for some time and try again or use your email ID instead of your cell number. If the issue persists, please write to contact@xseededucation.com.
Why could I not have access to open or view the app, even though I was able to register on the app?
