Should I re-register my child for the next academic year?

If a student has already registered please do not register again for the next academic year.

I’ve successfully registered my child. Now in the Home page I can see the message to contact school admin. What should I do?

Please check with admin of your school to assign a section to your child.

I’ve forgot the password I had set for my account. How can I change it?

Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number and OTP. Navigate to your profile, select "App Settings," choose "Password," and set your new password.

Is it mandatory to use both mobile number and email id for registration?

No, parents can register using either their mobile number or email ID, but not both.

During registration, the app is asking me to enter a school code. Where can I get it?

Please check with admin of your school to provide you with the school code.

I’m trying to register using non-Indian mobile number. I’m not receiving OTP SMS. What should I do?

For non-Indian mobile numbers, you can make use of the whatsapp OTP option. During the registration/login process, enabled the "Receive whatsapp notification" option to receive the OTP as a whatsapp message.

When I entered the OTP, I’m seeing an error message “Invalid OTP”. What should I do?

Please check if you've entered the latest OTP. If you have generated the OTP multiple times, then the previous OTPs will not work. You can try to login after sometime by generating a fresh OTP. If the issue persists, please email to contact@xseededucation.com.

I’ve made a spelling mistake while adding my name. How can I correct this?

Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number. Click on the Profile icon in the bottom right corner, select "My Account" to edit your details.

I’ve made a spelling mistake while adding my child’s name. How can I correct this?

Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number. Go to your profile, select "Link Family," and view the child's profile. Select Edit button on top right corner to edit their details.

I’ve two (or more) children studying in different XSEED schools. Can I register them using same mobile number or email id?

No. Children studying in different XSEED schools must be registered under separate accounts with different email id or mobile number.
