General
For android phones – you can try to clear the storage data of the app from your phone settings. For iphones – you can try to re-install the app. Now login and you should see the difference. Your device could be an older one. Try using a higher configuration mobile. If the issue persists, please write to us at contact@xseededucation.com.
Please update the app via the App Store or Google Play Store to access the latest features.
The Parent app is exclusively available on mobile devices and cannot be accessed from a computer.
Sign-up and Login
A parent can simply download the XSEED Universal app from the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App store (for iOS devices), complete the sign-up process, and begin using the app. This page provides the step-by-step process on how to download the app and log in.
Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number. Navigate to your profile, select “Link Family,” and add the details of another child.
No. Children studying in different XSEED schools must be registered under separate accounts with different email id or mobile number.
Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number. Go to your profile, select “Link Family,” and view the child’s profile. Select Edit button on top right corner to edit their details.
Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number. Click on the Profile icon in the bottom right corner, select “My Account” to edit your details.
Please check if you’ve entered the latest OTP. If you have generated the OTP multiple times, then the previous OTPs will not work. You can try to login after sometime by generating a fresh OTP. If the issue persists, please email to contact@xseededucation.com.
For non-Indian mobile numbers, you can make use of the whatsapp OTP option. During the registration/login process, enabled the “Receive whatsapp notification” option to receive the OTP as a whatsapp message.
Log in to your account using your registered email or phone number and OTP. Navigate to your profile, select “App Settings,” choose “Password,” and set your new password.
If a student has already registered please do not register again for the next academic year.
News Feed
Click on the Profile icon on the top right corner and click on the required child’s name. Now the posts related to the selected child will be visible.
The post created by the school will remain visible to you for the entire duration of the current academic year.
To acknowledge or respond to a post in the Newsfeed, simply click on the ‘Like’ button or leave a comment under the post to share your thoughts.
Yes, posts created by the school prior to registration will become available once the registration process is completed and the student is assigned to a section.
Homework
Open Homework tab and select the child’s profile from the top-right corner and choose the student whose Homework you want to view.
The homework posted by the school will remain visible to you for the entire duration of the current academic year.
Result
“Step 1 – Click on the “”Results”” tab.
Step 2 – Select the child from the children’s profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3 – The Learnometer report will be available under the ‘SuperTeacher by XSEED’ section.
Step 4 – Click on the ‘See full report’ link to access the complete report.
Step 5 – You can also download the report card by clicking the “”Download”” option at the bottom of the screen.”
The bar graph denotes the performance of your child in the recent exam for which the mark entry was done by the school.
Open the report card or certificate you wish to download and click the “Download” option at the bottom of the screen.
