Yes, all XSEED teachers in the school can get access to Universal. The schools can add accounts for all staff by themselves, or make the staff self-signup and then approve their accounts.
XSEED Universal is a communication tool mainly between Parents and School. It's primarily academic in nature with a focus on student learning. For that reason it doesn't include administrative module like Fees and Transport.
XSEED Universal is part of Complete XSEED Solution. Each student will have an XSEED ID which will help schools and parents track student's progress overtime across competencies, subjects and grades. Hence, presently XSEED Universal is available only to students/parents/teachers using the XSEED program.
