A parent can simply download the XSEED Universal app from the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App store (for iOS devices), complete the registration, and begin using the app. This page shows the step-by-step process on how to download the app and log in.

1. Click on the Bee icon on Universal (right top Green icon). 2. Go to "Settings" – Click "Manage user " and click on the user name. 3. Click on Manage Allotments.(Right-hand icon). 4. Click Add Allotments (top right ) 5. Select the Role as Coordinator 6. Click Create allotments below Save the request.

Step 1 - Click on "Create Announcement". Step 2 - Select "Recipient" to select the grades. Then, select "Announcement Type" and "Homework". Step 3 - Add the "Title" of the homework you want to send in the "Description" section. A file can also be attached in the "Attachment" section. Step 4 - Select the "Due Date" and "Time". Finally, hit "Send".
Step 1 - Click on "Student Information" in the menu options. Step 2 - Select the grade and section to see the student list. Step 3 - You can click on any of or all 3 buttons on the right of each student record ("Add Remark", "Add Image/Video", "Add Certificate"). You can add as many remarks, photos, or certificates as you want for each student.
No, each student should have a unique mobile number. However, if a student has NO mobile number, this field can be left blank.
