What are the key documents to be gathered for the retention of stock (Unsold Stock ) in the school?
i)The stock needs to be physically verified if the value of unsold is > 10% of the invoice or INR 1 lac ( whichever is higher) ii) The retention agreement needs to be procured in the usual format with all details filled and must carry the stamp and signature of the school's authorised signatory iii) The agreement must carry an annexure detailsing the count of sets grade wise along with the corresponding amount and should…
At the time of book delivery, does our invoice list bookpack cost only, or also includes Learnometer and Universal costs? Also, does it include GST for every line-item?
All our invoices do capture the amount apportioned for Learnometer and Universal. For the sake of convenience of the customer, we are in the process of adding a separate column to capture the GST value for every line item.
Can the management of a school control when the teachers can access XSEED TestMaker, if they wish their teachers to be able to access it only just before the exams?
No, this is currently not controllable. Please note Testmaker can be used for shorter tests as well, like Unit Tests, and not just final exams.
Can parents reach out to XCC for resolving issues?
Yes, XSEED Customer care will be able to support parents in case they have any query.
In case of home delivery mode, will the parent invoice have the break up of Universal, Bookpack and Learnometer price?
Yes, the invoice will have break up of Bookpack, Learnometer and Universal
Can schools opt out from any one of the components that we are providing and take others. For e.g. opting out from XSEED Academy and choosing Learnometer or Universal?
The New XSEED has 6 components to it that facilitates learning by integrating all the necessary aspect of learning and all the stakeholders. Hence, its critical to have all the 6 components implemented well for the effective learning-teaching process.
How can we help the school with XSEED One unsold EP books MRP as the new book pack will have revised MRP?
The stickers of new MRP will be provided for retained invoice stock of Early program.
