Step 1 – Click on the green icon at the top, right of the Universal screen.
Step 2 – Go to “Settings” – Click “Manage user ” and click on the user name.
Step 3 – Click on “Manage Allotments” (right-hand icon).
Step 4 – Click “Add Allotments” (top right).
Step 5 – Select “Roll” as “Coordinator”.
